Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of the order date. Returns and exchanges within 60 days are eligible for free shipping (limit one return or exchange per order).

The return label must be used within 5 days of issuance.

Orders returned for a refund will be refunded to the same form of payment: the product price, minus a 10% merchant and restocking fee.

Orders with custom premium lenses and additional lens coatings will be refunded half of the custom upgrade fee due to laboratory fees. Custom prescription changes will only be subject to the prescription re-issuance fee.
