Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail.

Orders returned for a refund will be refunded the same form of payment: the product price, minus a 10% merchant and restocking fee.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of order shipment. Returns and exchanges within 60 days are free shipping.

The return label must be used within 5 days of issuance.

Orders with custom premium lenses and additional lens coatings will be refunded half the cost of the custom upgrade due to laboratory fees. Custom prescription changes will only incur a re-prescription fee.

Custom Frames

Do you have the frames you're looking for? Send us your frames through Fomupnga along with your doctor's prescription or the monovision prescription indicated on your order, and we'll custom-make your lenses. (Sunglasses include 100% UV protection.)

Please read and sign the disclaimer included with your order. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if your frames are damaged during the process of cutting and fitting new lenses, if they become scratched, or if they are lost in transit. Damage to your frames can be caused by the condition of the frames, wear, and the equipment used during the custom-made process. We will notify you immediately if any concerns arise.
